Senior Meetings
The first senior meeting was held on Monday, October 30th, during Gov/Econ classes. Students were provided with a copy of the Senior Handbook, multiple flyers, and a packet from Graduate Services, our vendor for the cap & gown and other graduation accessories. Students were also given information regarding expectations, attendance, senior dates and deadlines, and graduation. The information shared with students is available in the links below.
The next senior meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12th, in the LLH during Gov/Econ classes. If students do not have a gov/econ class on the Clovis East campus, they should attend this meeting during another period of the day.
Senior Parent Meeting
Our senior parent meeting was held on February 13th at 5:30pm in the Library Lecture Hall (LLH). Info was given regarding senior expectations, senior activities, and graduation. The meeting presentation is

Senior Handbook
The Senior Handbook is designed to provide information regarding end-of-the-year activities. The event descriptions are provided for seniors and their parents/guardians to give in-depth information regarding important senior activities. A physical copy of the Senior Handbook was provided to all seniors at the first senior meeting on October 30th. A digital copy is available below.
Cap & Gown Information
Graduate Services is our vendor for the cap & gown and other graduation accessories such as class rings, apparel, announcements, and photo albums. Seniors received a packet of information including catalogs, price lists, order forms, and deadline information at the first senior meeting on October 30
th. Additional information can be found and orders placed on the Graduate Services website at
GradServicesLTD.com. The only item seniors are required to have to participate in the graduation ceremony is the Cap & Gown Unit, which includes the cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover. All items ordered are kept by the student. The deadline to order the cap & gown unit is Thursday, January 11
th.
