General Information
Most Clovis East High School students will have the same counselor assigned to them for all four years of high school, although there are times where students may need to be reassigned to a different counselor for a variety of reasons. Students are welcome to come visit their counselors whenever they need to, whether it be in the Counseling Center or when counselors are out around the campus helping with supervision before school or during lunch.
There are times throughout the year when counselors will formally meet with students -- whether it be a one-on-one meeting (sophomores, juniors, and seniors) or in a small-group setting (freshmen). Here is when students can expect to formally meet with their counselors:
Seniors
Mid-September through October (individual conferences)
Juniors
Mid to late January through February (individual conferences)
Sophomores
Month of November (individual conferences)
Freshmen
Mid-September "Four-Year Plan" (group setting)
