Exciting things happening at the REC

If you haven’t been out to Reagan Educational Center in the last few weeks you have been missing out on some awesome events and fantastic games! We had a successful homecoming with wonderful skits and a rocking food fair on September 19th.  It was the first LCAP football game and students were surprised by the incentives that came with the homecoming game! Many students walked away happy campers. Austin Fauni and Morgan Okutsu were crowned King and Queen, which elated the crowd as they were a crowd favorite. We also held our annual Powder Puff game on Wedneday October 1st. It was an exciting game with the Seniors being victorious 14-0. The girls played so tough some of the football coaches wanted to recruit them. It’s October and you know what that means, Breast Cancer Awareness month, and we would like to do our part in helping raise awareness for this type of cancer that effects millions each year. On October 17th  we will hold our annual Pigskin for Pink game against Clovis North, on this night we will also honor our Make-A-Wish recipient, James. This will be a wonderful night and we can’t wait to see you there!
